Two-Speed Convection Fan with Forced Cool-Down Mode
Each oven cavity has its own 1/2 HP fan motor running at two speeds (1,725 and 1,140 RPM), so you can choose higher airflow for items that need aggressive browning or lower speed for delicate baked goods that might dry out under heavy convection. The forced cool-down fan mode is a practical touch that lets you bring each cavity temperature down quickly between cooking cycles. If you just finished roasting at 450 degrees in the top oven and need to switch to pastries at 325 degrees, the cool-down mode gets you there faster than simply opening the door and waiting.
Fenwal Electronic Ignition with FAST Thermostat Control
Each oven uses a Fenwal electronic ignition system that lights the burners reliably without a standing pilot, so there is no constant gas burn when the oven is idle. The FAST electronic thermostat paired with a manual timer gives you precise temperature control with a simple countdown for timed bakes. Independent controls on each cavity mean you can run the top oven at 500 degrees for pizza while the bottom holds at 200 degrees for proofing bread dough.
Inside each cavity, the porcelain enamel interior resists grease absorption and cleans up faster than bare steel.
