Pizza Prep Tables

A pizza prep table is a refrigerated workstation with a stainless steel, granite, or marble top, a refrigerated pan rail for ingredients, and refrigerated storage doors or drawers below. Pizzerias, pizza shops, sandwich shops, restaurants, hotel banquet kitchens, and food trucks use them to assemble pizza pies in line with ingredients cold and within reach.
