The LBC Bakery LRO-2G6 Rack Oven
The LBC Bakery LRO-2G6 is a double rack oven: 290,000 BTU/hr of gas heat turning two single roll-in racks or one double rack per bake, which comes to 40 full-size sheet pans, 52 hotel pans, or 200 one-pound loaves per rotation. This is supermarket and wholesale scale, delivered with the hood already integrated into the oven body.
Heat Recovery and Counterflow Efficiency
Gas enters through an inshot burner manifold with hot surface ignition and transfers through a linear counterflow heat exchanger, and an exhaust heat recovery system reclaims energy that would otherwise leave the building, raising fuel efficiency across the 100-525°F range. The high-volume waterfall steam system covers bread bakes at this scale, while three-point air circulation with adjustable shutters keeps 40 pans of product browning at one rate.
Two Racks Roll in at Floor Level
No ramps: racks roll in flat, and the heavy-duty "B" style lift with gear-driven rotation raises and turns them, stopping, lifting, and lowering automatically with door operation. The self-adjusting clutch protects the operator and prevents damage when anything interrupts the motion. A 21" x 57.5" double-pane window shows the full rotation, an interior door safety release covers the worst case, and 5" thick compartment insulation holds the heat where it belongs. Racks are not included.
An Integrated Hood at Production Scale
The built-in hood meets NFPA 96 and UMC Type I and II construction requirements with a single-point exhaust connection, fully welded 20-gauge stainless construction, and 16.5 square feet of capture area at 120 fpm filter velocity. An optional integrated hood listed for heavy-duty operation up to 525°F is available, and the oven itself rates 0" clearance to combustible walls at sides and back.
Digital Control, Manual Backup, Android Option
Two control modes store 40 single-step and 30 six-step recipes, sequencing steam, vent, blower delay, and pulse air, with three user levels and customizable permissions. The manual backup control operates heat, blower, lights, rotation, and steam independently of the digital side. The optional Android touch screen control adds an 8" full-color display, photo recipe library with up to six steps per recipe, a recipe day planner, bi-directional email access, and Wi-Fi.
