The LBC Bakery LRO-1G6 Roll-In Rotating Rack Oven
The LBC Bakery LRO-1G6 is the gas-fired single-rack roll-in rack oven: 175,000 BTU/hr through a linear counterflow heat exchanger, baking a 20-pan rack, 26 hotel pans, or 100 one-pound loaves per rotation. Its electrical draw is a footnote, 1.8 kW total, because the gas side does the work, and the hood comes built in.
Counterflow Heat, Waterfall Steam
The inshot burner manifold lights on a hot surface igniter and pushes heat through a counterflow exchanger for efficient transfer across the 100-525°F range. The high-volume waterfall steam system floods the chamber at the start of a bread bake, and three-point air circulation with adjustable shutters distributes heat around the rotating rack so the top pan and the bottom pan finish together.
Floor-Level Loading, Automatic Rack Handling
Racks roll straight in at floor level, no ramp, and the heavy-duty "B" style lift takes over: lift, rotate, lower, automatically coordinated with door operation, with a self-adjusting clutch that yields before anything or anyone gets hurt. The heavy-duty door carries a 16" x 57.5" double-pane viewing window, an interior safety release, and a reversible swing to fit the room. Racks are not included.
Integrated Hood and Serious Controls
The fully integrated hood meets NFPA 96 and UMC Type I and II construction requirements with a single-point exhaust connection, a welded 20-gauge stainless body, 12 square feet of capture area, and an 8" round collar (rooftop ventilator not included); an optional integrated hood listed for heavy-duty operation up to 525°F is also available. Control is digital with two modes, 40 single-step and 30 six-step recipes sequencing steam, vent, blower delay, and pulse air, backed by a manual control for heat, blower, lights, rotation, and steam. The optional Android touch screen brings an 8" display, photo recipe library, day planner, email recipe access, and Wi-Fi.
